Shipping in the US is included in the price, and it’s $20 to ship one hat anywhere else, plus $3 for each extra hat. Every hat is made to order and usually ships in about 5–7 business days, by USPS from California or Pennsylvania, to more than 150 countries.
Making your hat
Each hat is decorated after you order. Most ship in about 5–7 business days. Embroidery can take longer, up to about two weeks when the workshop is busy.
Delivery
Shipping in the US is included in the price of every hat. International orders add $20, plus $3 for each extra hat, shown at checkout.
- United States: usually 3–7 business days after it ships.
- International: usually about 3 weeks after it ships.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
International orders
You are the importer of record, so any customs duties or import fees are yours to pay on delivery. Some countries, mostly in the Middle East and parts of Africa, currently have limited postal service, and orders to them may be delayed or cost more to send.
Every hat is made for you, so we don’t accept returns, but we replace any hat that arrives damaged or made wrong.
